  • Bank Account Management: Oversee and reconcile multiple property bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.
 
  • Payments & Invoicing: Process all property-related payments (vendors, contractors, utilities, etc.), ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices.
 
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports for property owners or stakeholders, summarizing income, expenses, and overall financial health of the property portfolio.
 
  • Accounting Document Management: Maintain organized records of all accounting documents, including invoices, contracts, receipts, and financial statements for easy access and audit purposes.
 
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds are available for ongoing property needs and projects.
 
  • Tax & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, handling property-related tax filings and working with external accountants or tax advisors.
 
  • Internal & External Communication: Liaise with financial institutions, external auditors, and legal advisors to ensure proper financial management and reporting.
 
  • Risk Management: Identify risks and work to mitigate them through proper planning, and insurance safeguards.

This role ensures comprehensive financial management for luxury property owners,
blending day-to-day accounting with long-term financial strategy, much like a Family Office would do.
